Mr. Yahya Taher is one of the key driving forces in MultiBank since its establishment in 2005. He currently plays a pivotal role in the business development and strategic partnerships of MultiBank, in addition to being responsible for the overall operations functions including risk management, finance and back office. He currently serves as a Director of MEX Exchange and was approved by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (“ASIC”) as a responsible manager and Director.

Mr. Kattoura has over 10 years’ experience in the financial markets. Having gained an Executive Masters in Financial Management from RSM, Mr. Kattoura has utilized his extensive industry experience and market knowledge in assisting MultiBank Group to maximize its profits through effective risk management systems and implementing a cohesive set of policies and procedures.Mr. Kattoura is responsible for the management and oversight of the daily operations work flow.

After graduating with excellence in Accounting from York University in Canada, Ms. Pei went on to pursue a career as an accountant for financial institutions specialized in FX where she obtained qualifications in IFRS, Tax Accounting, scientific foreign exchange and cost control.Ms. Pei has more than 11 years of extensive experience in international group accounting, and has been one of the top producing members of the MultiBank Group since 2012.

As the Chief Executive Officer of MEX Exchange (Australia), Ms. Fitzsimmons has over 9 years of experience in the Australian Financial Services Industry. Having experienced the industry’s rapid growth and development, Ms. Fitzsimmons has in-depth technical, commercial and internal compliance experience in the financial market from start-ups to well established financial companies.

Mr. Aggad has over 11 years of experience in the financial and global markets sector, holding a degree in Business Administration & International Marketing Management. He has previously worked as the Head of Sales (MENA region) at Alpari and as the Regional Manager at One Financial Markets. Mr.Aggad is widely known and highly respected in both the industry and the region, and possess extensive experience in leading Retail, IB, & Institutional Sales and marketing operations.

Mr. Gonzalez possesses over 15 years of experience as a professional in the financial sector,. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer at MEX Spain, responsible for financial operations and strategies and institutional relations. Mr. Gonzalez obtained his masters degree in Finance at the San Pablo-CEU University and has studied for the Meff Operator License and technical analysis in the financial markets.

Mr. Gonzalez has over 7 years of experience in the financial sector, and was previouslyresponsible for the development of various trading platforms including social trading (copy trading) and global algorithmic signal provider application for the financial markets. As the Chief Executive Officer of MultiBank LATAM, he is focused on developing MultiBank’spresence in the Latin America financial markets.

Prior to joining MultiBank, Mr. Savatli has had 12+ years of experience in the sector working in executive positions of regulated entities worldwide in the financial services industry. He served as the CEO/ Managing Director of the Board of Directors at Domino Forex in Malta where he was responsible for all prime broker & liquidity relations, and day to day operations. He has worked at Destek Markets in the UK as a CF2, non-Executive Director overseeing setup, controls and licensing of the entity. Having extensive online trading sector expertise with special emphasis in Forex, Options, Futures and CFD fields, IT tool developments and integrations, Mr. Savatli holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship Emphasis from the University of Missouri.

Mr. Katni has 10 years of experience in the banking industry with various local banks in Malaysia where he oversaw the credit and depositing divisions. Prior to joining MultiBank Group, he has worked with several FX brokers where he managed retail clients, institutional traders and white labels. With a Mechanical Engineering degree from UiTM Malaysia, Mr. Katni currently heads MultiBank’s Malaysian office, focusing on building brand presence, marketing as well as overall customer experience both in Malaysia and its neighboring countries.

Mr. Hung graduated from the University of Wales with Master’s Banking and Finance. Having over 10 years’ experience in banking, finance, international payment, forex market, he possessesa deep understanding of market dynamics and is prolific in developing business from inception to commercial result. Mr. Hung is focus on driving MultiBank’s success in Vietnam as one of the fastest growing economies in Asia.

With over 12 years’ experience in the Forex and Crypto industries, Mr. Gan has held numerous senior positions at other first-tier brokerages and Fintech institutions such as FXCM, ADSS, IBFX, SpotOption and Broctagon prior to joining MultiBank Group. In addition to his work experience, Mr. Gan is also a Blockchain Strategist from the University of Oxford and a Founding Member of the Association of Blockchain Development in Hong Kong. Furthermore, he is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and holds a Master of Applied Finance from the University of Adelaide, Australia. At MultiBank Group, Mr. Gan is currently responsible for business development in the Asia Pacific region.

Ms. Barnes has over 8 years of marketing and management experience in the financial and technology industries, having previously worked for Fortune 500 firms such as Microsoft and Merrill Lynch. Graduated from the University of Washington in International Business and Information Systems, Ms. Barnes possess extensive knowledge and expertise particularly in the Asia Pacific market. As the Director of Public Relations, she is responsible for global marketing, branding, media relations and business development aspects of the Group and oversees an array of strategic projects for the firm.

Having graduated with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mr. Kazma has 9 years of experience in the financial markets. Mr. Kazma started his career in 2009 working for an established forex broker in the Middle East. At MultiBank, he is responsible for leading international teams in London, Cyprus, Sydney and Beijing to expand the Group’s business regionally. Mr. Kazma’s background and knowledge has allowed him to work closely with MultiBank’s Senior Management to implement sales strategies, policies and procedures to boost the Group’s operations.

Having graduated from University College London with Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, Mr. Chan has over 13 years’ experience in the financial markets and FX industry. Prior to joining MultiBank, he has extensive experience in operations as Head of Operations with AETOS Capital Group as well as holding the responsible manager positions under ASIC, he also holds major control functions under FCA for both AETOS and HYCM. As the Director of Operations for MBG Markets, Mr. Chan is responsible for implementation of procedures and operation oversight.

Mr. Jibrin received his Business Administration degree with a major in Finance. In the past 8 years, he has worked with top performing Sales teams in the FX & CFDs Financial Products sector, and has managed his team by implementing tried and tested business development strategies for retail & institutional investors. Mr. Jibrin is certified by various institutions, including AML & Risk Management from DFSA and FCA regulated institutes in Dubai, UAE. As the Director of Sales, MENA, Mr Jibrin is responsible for growing the business through various investment linked solutions.

Mr. Yang has over 18 years’ experience in Information Technology and over 8 years’ experience in the financial industry. As the Head of Information Technology, Mr. Yang is responsible for the overall management of the entire IT infrastructure and IT operations of the Group. Mr. Yang has extensive knowledge on network infrastructure, datacenters, security, virtualization and Cloud Computing. Since joining in 2011, Mr. Yang has been devoting himself to his position and has been playing an important role in the Group.

As Head of Risk Management, Mr. Fram is responsible for the planning, and implementation of the overall risk management process for the Group. Mr. Fram is a CFA charterholder, having graduated with a Bachelors degree of Business Administration with concentration in financial engineering from Notre Dame University, in addition to his outstanding experience in the FX industry on an Operations, Trading, and Risk Management levels.

Mr. Safi has a bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame University and has been certified by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (London) in Financial Derivatives and Investment and Risks. He has 10 years of experience in financial markets and banking services. Prior to joining MultiBank, he was the Senior Business Consultant at Path Solutions, where he was responsible for all Treasury and Investments business for several worldwide banks such as Attijariwafa Bank, Al Baraka Bank, Summit Bank and ITFC Corporation (IBD Group). Mr. Safi had also previously headed the dealing team for several financial institutions and was responsible for the risk management of their clients’ exposure.

Mr. Al Eit is the Head of Software Development at MultiBank. Graduated from the Lebanese University - Faculty of Sciences in Beirut, he is experienced in providing A-Z solutions specific to the financial industry, with a passion for big data management, and building tailored business intelligence platforms. He is currently responsible for structuring, developing and evolving high quality, extensible solutions to meet business demand for information as well as managing all aspects of analysis and report development to facilitate operational, portfolio and financial reporting.

Mr. Zhang joined MultiBank in 2010 and has over 10 years’ experience in development and 6 years’ experience in project management in software engineering. Mr. Zhang has obtained a deep understanding of design and management of website development, including analysis, design and deployment. Mr. Zhang graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics with a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering. He is a talented senior manager with strong leadership capabilities. He is also quick-witted, diligent and forward-looking.

Having over 20 years of professional experience in the financial services sector with a focus in Investment Banking, Mr. Ngai is equipped with 2 Master’s Degrees in both Finance and Banking. As the Head of Payment Services, Mr. Ngai leverages his in-depth knowledge and experiences working with HKMA, SFC and HKCAE to focus on providing payment solutions and services, along with risk monitoring and control to MultiBank.

With a Bachelors’ in Computer Science and EMBA in Marketing, Mr. Hussain currently serves as MultiBank’s Online Marketing Manager. With a proven track record since 2003, Mr. Hussain is one of the few online marketing professionals with diverse knowledge and experiences worldwide, allowing him to professionally manage search engine marketing, affiliates marketing, contents marketing, remarketing and other online marketing functions. Before joining MultiBank, Mr. Hussain had held key management positions at various digital marketing agencies and large e-commerce companies in China and abroad.

With over 9 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ms. Yu is the Head of Accounts Department at MultiBank and has an in-depth technical, commercial and operational expertise in the financial markets. She has also formerly led the Customer Service Department, along with Operations and Business Management Units at the Group.

Mr. Wang has over 10 years of professional experience in the financial and foreign exchange industry and has been heading the Analytics Department at MultiBank Group for over 7 years. He has a Bachelor of Science in Informational and Calculative Science from the Capital Normal University in Beijing, China, and also has the Futures Practice Qualification Certificate. Mr. Wang is an expert in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks for the company which has been invaluable to the Group.

Ms. Tan graduated from Northeastern University majoring in Business Management. Prior to joining MultiBank, Ms. Tan has worked at UberEats and Starwood Capital and managed payment aspects of the business. As the Head of Payment Solutions, Ms. Tan is responsible for developing and delivering global and regional payment solutions for the Group.

Ms. Lu has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, Business Development & Management sectors and prior to joining MEX Fintech, Ms. Lu has worked for industries of FI (Wealth Management), Fintech, Listed firm, MNC and Trading. Ms. Lu is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources and Administration aspects of our Hong Kong Headquarters. Ms. Lu earned her Master Degree in Organizational Change Management from City University of Hong Kong and her Bachelor Degree in Business English and qualifications of Applied Psychology, Finance & Accounting and Labour Ordinance.
